Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We always strive to deliver the best product in the best condition and within the mentioned time frame. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your order for a refund.

Returns

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all original protective films and packaging intact. 

* Orders placed from 1st November 2024 to 25th December 2024 will be eligible for a refund until 31st January 2025. Return requests must be registered in our Returns Center within this time frame.

Please note the following items are unreturnable:

• Products whose protective films and/or tags are removed
• Products that have been used
• Products provided for free

Return Fee and Method

- For customers in the US: We provide a prepaid return label, and an $8.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

- For customers in the DACH region and Denmark: You may choose to return using our prepaid label or a carrier of your choice. This selection is available when submitting your return request. If you choose our label, an $8.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

- For customers outside the US, DACH region, and Denmark: Please return your order with a carrier of your choice. No return fee will be deducted.

Return Process

To return an order, please submit a return request on our Return Center. Once the request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions, a pre-paid return label (if applicable), and an invoice (if applicable). Please read through the instructions and place the products securely in their original packaging before shipping your return.

Please respect the following shipping instructions:

• As part of our sustainability initiatives, we kindly ask you to minimize environmental impact. When returning your order, please use the original cardboard packaging or as small a package as possible.
• For shipments from non-EU countries (except the US), include a copy of the invoice (attached with the return label) in the plastic AWB pouch or on the box itself.
• Pre-paid labels provided by Nordgreen must be used within 7-14 days of their creation date. We reserve the right to refuse any returns shipped after this timeframe.
• The full refund applies only if the product and its original film and packaging are returned in the same condition as when received. Nordgreen reserves the right to apply additional charges if returns do not meet these criteria.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your products, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 working days from the receipt of your return to complete the process. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. 

As of 15th of October, we no longer offer exchange options. If you would like another model, color, size, please place a new order on the website and we will refund your original order once it’s returned. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change.
