Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We always strive to deliver the best product in the best condition and within the mentioned time frame. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your order for a full refund or an exchange. 

Returns

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition with all original protective films and packages. 

*Please note the following items are unreturnable

  • Products whose protective films and/or tags are removed
  • Products that have been in use
  • Products that are provided for free

Return process

To return an order, please submit a return request on our Return Center. In the Return Center, you can choose to get a refund or exchange for other products. Once the request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions, a pre-paid return label and invoice. Please read through the instructions and place the products securely in its original packaging and mail your return.

Please respect the following shipping instructions:

As a part of sustainability initiatives, we kindly ask our customers to avoid any unnecessary environmental impact. When you return the order, please use the original cardboard package or as small package as possible.

If the shipment is sent from a non-EU country, please place a copy of the invoice (attached together with the return label) and place it in the plastic AWB pouch or on a box itself.

Pre-paid labels provided by Nordgreen to the customer must be used within 7-14 days of the shipping label creation date. Nordgreen holds the right to refuse any returns shipped after this timeframe.

The full refund right applies only in the case that the product and its original film and packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Nordgreen holds the right to additional charges if returns do not meet the criteria.

Refunds and Exchanges

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your products, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 5 working days from the receipt of your return to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For exchanges, we send a draft order to your email address and you need to confirm the order by yourself. If you would like to change the shipping address or choose express shipping, you can do so when confirming your exchange order.
