The warranty does not cover the following: batteries, straps, bands, bracelets or crystals, water damage, damage of any kind if it is evident that the damage was caused by accident, improper use, negligence, or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with the watch, lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear.
