What is expected battery life ?Updated 2 months ago
The batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last around 2 years. However, the battery life-time is highly depended on external factors such as, but not limited to external temperature, humidity, air pressure.
Battery changes are not considered as a warranty repair service. Batteries can be found at electronics stores, watchmakers or jewellery shops. We recommend changing the battery at your local watch shop, but please let us know if there are any other issues after replacing the battery.
Battery change service is considered as out-of-warranty resolution at Nordgreen.
