Why have I not received an order confirmation by e-mail?Updated 2 months ago

No confirmation email yet? Don't panic. Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or other times they, unfortunately, land in the "promotions" or "spam" folder. Or you might have ordered with another email address than you usually use which is for instance connected to your payment account. Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received one, feel free to email us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email. If you might have used another email address and wish to change, we can also do so - just tell us the email used for ordering so we can find your order :)
