What materials are used for the Guardian?Updated 2 months ago

The materials chosen for the Guardian have all been selected according to several evaluation criteria: Stainless steel: The stainless steel used for the Guardian is made using 85% recycled content. It is sourced from Outokumpu in Finland and we are now starting to implement it in the remaining watch models. Packaging: Each Guardian watch comes in stunning 3D-printed packaging created upon demand, thus avoiding over-production. Sapphire crystal glass: The glass of the Guardian is made of sapphire crystal. Thanks to the hardness and fracture toughness of this material, the possibility of scratches diminishes, and fracture is almost none. Also, the study of materials that was carried out to create Guardian, showed that sapphire crystal glass was the material that provided the best environmental performance.
