However, should you have received any suspicious communications, please contact us at [email protected] and when you received an email or SMS that says "Nordgreen", please make sure it's from us. In addition, we don't send any invoice unless we get a request from our customers to place an order for them. Our logistics partners might send you an invoice for custom duties, if you are in doubt, feel free to contact us.
