How do I replace my battery?Updated a year ago

All our batteries carry the CE mark. The CE mark is a guarantee that the products meet high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements and meet the Restriction of Hazardous Substances managed by Directorate-General for Environment.  They also comply with RoHs, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, and restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products. Any watch repair shop should be able to assist you with the battery replacement as we use single cell battery. We don't suggest replacing the battery by yourselves, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the back of the watch case.  Battery changes are not considered as a warranty repair service. Battery change service is considered as out-of-warranty resolution at Nordgreen.
